B&B King Square - Rome

Staff was extremely friendly and always available, we enjoyed it very much. All ammenities were also readily available.

Location

Breakfast was only provided for one day of our stay. Our room was very dirty, with the only cleaning being the changing of sheets. The floor was dusty and covered in hair. We arranged to check in at 4, however our room was not ready for another 30 minutes. The showers constantly go cold, with only one of the showers actually having hot water. The room we were in was right next to the small kitchenette with our door opening onto anyone using this facility. Our room also had a clear glass panel above the door which meant that at night, if any hall lights etc were on our room was light up like an xmas tree. Very poor.

the double room is small for a couple, and looks like no air-condition inside, i think it is not an economic choise on this price.....

you need to study to how to use the hot water, i think it is not easy for a guy who don't have engineering background...

The location of the hotel is absolutely near to the historical center so you can go anywhere you want. Also the metro station is less than 20m from the hotel and 20 mins on foot for the coloseum . The shared bathroom it was very clean so there is no problem with this.

Breakfast hasn't so much variety of food and it needs refresh every day.

Great stay! There are three suites on the third floor of a commercial building. Our room was spacious and newly renovated in modern vibrant colours. Good breakfast was served to our room. Host was very friendly. The suites are 5 minute walk to the port and train station, 10 minute walk to main plaza.

Rooms were clean, and lady we met up with was nice. The location was good in that it was 50m from a Metro stop, other than that it was not in a great walking location to many sites and we did have a tough time finding a restaurant around the neighborhood. As the building was mostly office space, it was very quiet during the night. For the price it was not a terrible deal, but I would have expected it to be a little cheaper for a shared bathroom location in a mediocre location. For us it fit the bill as a good place to stay before flying out the next morning.

I think there are only shared bathroom rooms here, but that isn't a huge problem as there are only 5-6 rooms total. The breakfast was pretty slim, but that's to be expected in Italy. There is no air conditioning, but a fan was provided, and we didn't have a problem with the heat in Sept.

First of all, I liked opportunity to make a reservation without a credit card! And the location was pretty good also, just 15-20 mins from Coliseum. Besides staff is very friendly,that's important.

King Square B&B was clean and tidy. Room was fairly small but adequate. Clean and tidy. Had use of a small kitchen which was great. Very close to Metro station - easy access to the city centre.

Hard to locate.. One had to climb two stairs without a lift. However, Free Wi-fi was there...had a kitchen if you needed to cook...Shared bathroom...all in all ok...but probably better places would be available..

The price was very convenient and it was parallel to the amenities. There were two bathrooms for the five different families staying, but there were usually no problems involved in sharing. The cleanliness is great, despite the small size of the rooms. Breakfast is included. The location is right beside Re di Roma metro station and is very close to the centre.

To enter the b&b, one needs access to a phone to contact the owner the first time to receive the keys. When we arrived, it took about half an hour for the owner to come and bring us our keys. There should be an easier way to access the b&B.

The owner is very responsible person, I am very grateful

There are two toilets, but window between them always open, so you can hear everything.
